Transformation isn’t easy but one can learn to enjoy the process. Fun has always been an integral part of my self discovery, transformation, and  authenticity.

That’s why it became very relevant to me to develop my practice and approach based on FUN, offering real, sustainable and lasting results to your general well being and happiness.

I call it The F.U.N.® Method to tap into your full potential:

F stands for free from criticism, judgment, punishment. Free to explore, to question, to make mistakes and to be authentic.

U stands for the union that will be reestablished between your mind and your body, for you to be harmonious and able to learn and explore new ways. It’s not just about thinking or talking about it, it’s about having a physical/emotional experience. 

N stands for natural. This is a path for you to live with more presence and joy using powerful exercises and techniques that require your body, breathing, and attention. 

I can help you awaken from the unnecessary  drama, resistance, complaining, and suffering into a life where you live your full potential, and feel more joy and harmony.

Many adults have lost touch with their drive to explore and have fun, play games, and do art the way they used to as kids. 

But what if those are the best ways to learn, to heal, to improve, to perform?

When you are having a good time, feel safe and motivated to engage in an activity you are more open to learning faster and more effectively than under pressure.

My creative approach to transformation is an invitation to perceive challenges as opportunities for growing and evolution. To help you discover new unexpected realities, profound insights, and revelations in the midst of your daily life. 

In The F.U.N® Method I work with 2 practical methods to bring about the lasting changes you seek, where your main focus is doing what you really want and what you feel passionate about.

You create an authentic connection with yourself beyond conditioning, fully loving and accepting yourself. This new relation will open up new opportunities for self discovery, well being and deep joy.

I use “Energized Hypnosis” to help you release tension in the mind and to support the creation of new patterns and habits.

To release chronic tension in the body, I use “Radical Undoing”, a technique which combines gentle yet powerful body movements with a specific type of breathing to break apart or undo the numerous blocks around your body that limit your physical but also mental capacities.

ENERGIZED HYPNOSIS

The answer for lasting change is to create a new habit, cultivate it and by repetition to make it strong and dominant over the old one. However, under regular circumstances, in the process of cultivating a new habit we will be confronted with multiple resistance from our unconscious and environment against doing something new/unknown which is perceived as potentially dangerous. There’s a big chances that after a couple of times facing resistance from different sources we will give up and fall back into the old patterns.

The good news is that we can facilitate the development of new habits by using a natural state of the mind called hypnotic state. Under a hypnotic state, we are more receptive to learn because our critical mind (the filtration system which blocks any data that contradicts our internal habits) is temporarily weakened.

Our awareness has a limited capacity to deal with data and stimulus, once that capacity is overpassed the critical mind gets overwhelmed and we enter into a hyper suggestible state, meaning we are able to implant new data and associations directly in the unconscious gaining advantage over the old habits. With repetition and practice the new habit becomes part of our programming.

With hypnosis we can not only strengthen and fortify a new habit, but we can also increase our motivation and align our mind and body to engage in the transformation.

It’s not only about feeling relaxed which you surely will, but it also has to do with improving the blood flow in your whole body so you are at your best optimal performance.  If you think about the muscles in your neck tensing between each other, you can imagine that this tension will have an effect in the amount of blood going to the brain, therefore affecting the amount of oxygen your brain receives to function.

Arts / Floatation / Gaming

ARTS

When you play an instrument, or dance, or paint a canvas, you train your senses, your body, and your mind to perceive from a much wider perspective.

As you are now, even without any training, you are capable of moving your body, creating visual art, generating a rhythm, or singing a song. Kids do all these things spontaneously, it is part of their basic nature.

The unconscious mind communicates through symbols. That’s one of the reasons why hypnosis is so effective. Visualizations and imagined experiences are much more powerful and rich than words alone. You can experience and explore symbols through movement, visuals, or sounds, and by doing so, you can experience new universes and whole new realities.

Creativity reaches far beyond just self-expression. Creativity is a fluid process, it requires movement, flexibility, and constant exploration of yourself and the world around you.

Creative thinking explores a problem in a new way, enabling the development of new ideas leading to practical solutions. Creative blocks are overcome by doing something different, getting out of the box, and exploring new actions and perspectives outside of perceived comfort zones.

You awaken a type of sensitivity that allows you to see the unseen, to hear the unheard, and to imagine the impossible. You transcend ideas, beliefs, cultural barriers, languages, economic positions, and you begin to access what some call “spiritual realms.”

FLOATATION

Can you imagine a space on earth where you can disconnect completely from all the distractions out in the world? Would you love to have time for yourself in a peaceful, wonderful place?

We sometimes give so much of ourselves away to life responsibilities that we lose sight of the vital need to refresh ourselves.

You don’t need to travel far away or take a long vacation to come back home to yourself and feel better.

The space you want is closer than you might think…it’s inside a floatation tank.

Floatation tanks have an effect similar to the Dead Sea, where your body floats effortlessly, due to the water being completely saturated with salt.

A tank is a soundproof, enclosed space, filled with body-temperature water saturated with Epsom salts (known for their detoxification and healing properties)—which creates a unique zero-gravity space so your body floats naturally and feels weightless.

A floatation session usually lasts between 45 minutes and an hour. By removing sound,  light, and the sense of gravity, you get the chance to completely and deeply connect with yourself. You can reset your mind, soothe your soul, and emerge from the tank energized and renewed.

Do you remember being a child who learned by imitating adults and just being playful?

We sometimes deny a basic desire to be whimsical and creative, and in the process denying ourselves a great deal of simple joy and satisfaction. We sometimes forget how to laugh and make fun of ourselves.

At some point while growing up, we are told that gaming is only a leisure activity mostly for kids. But in reality as social creatures, it is easy to learn through action and behavior.

A little bit of strategy can turn gaming into an immense source of joy, power, and personal transformation. Many games allow us to experiment with our consciousness in a safe environment, free of pressure and societal judgment. Our normal social defense mechanisms drop away, and we find ourselves more capable of being authentic, open and willing to explore the unknown.

A gaming environment can help to feel more present leading to easier and faster development of skills, such as attention, memory, dexterity, resilience, compassion, generosity, team work, and more.

With gaming, we also have the possibility to experience spaces and scenarios that are impossible for a human to experience otherwise. Just like baby birds begin to learn to fly by playing on small bushes before huge trees, we can also practice behaviors and abilities by playing in simple games and then later allow our minds and bodies to translate those learnings into new actions and behaviors in our lives.
