8 Weeks to Awaken Deep Joy!

Using the F.U.N® Method for personal transformation we can transcend from internal drama, resistance and suffering to a life where we live, and realize our full potential, living in harmony within us, and with the world around us.

F stands for free from criticism, judgment, punishment. Free to explore, to question, to make mistakes and to be authentic.

U stands for the union that needs to be reestablish between your mind and your body, for you to be harmonious and in a position to learn and explore new ways. It not about just thinking and talking about it, it is about having a physical/emotional experience. 

N stands for natural; this is a path for you to live with more presence and joy using potent exercises and techniques that require your body, breathing and attention. 

In addition to formal training in Psychology, I am a certified Hypnotherapist and have also training in floatation, Radical Undoing, art therapy and mindfulness to help you overcome unwanted patterns that keep you running in an unproductive loop.

Then, we walk together in the achievement of a deeply satisfying, joyous, peaceful and productive life you love, each and every day.

8 Weeks to Awaken Deep Joy Program – Outline

Week 1: Let’s Zoom In on Your Life

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 7hrs

We will take a look (without obsessing), at your environment and daily life to assess where you are: sleep, food, hobbies. Once we have explore those, we will start a process of clearing up your senses, get you deeply relax , ready to imagine a new you.
Time we spend together: 4 hrs
Homework/personal time: 3 hrs

Week 2: Welcoming The New You

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 7 hrs

We continue with undoing work, clearing up your senses, your mind are body are working as a team now, and you are feeling motivated and grounded, ready to make a commitment with yourself in this new journey by signing the “Agreement to Success”.
Time we spend together: 3.5 hrs
– Undoing + Energized Hypnosis: 1.30hr
– Intro to week 2 and individual work: Explain daily tool and resource: 1hr
– Week closing: 1hr
Homework/personal time: 3.5 hrs

Week 3: Learning How to Let Go without Tears

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 7 hrs

During this week you are going to experience how to let go of the old/unwanted ways to deal with frustration and you will also learn new, easy and fun tools to relax and manage stress. Self observation will be a key element during this week.
Time we spend together: 3.5 hrs
Homework/personal time: 3.5 hrs

Week 4: Shake Out the Mood Out

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 6.5 hrs

It is time to understand the biology of your body and mind, its automatism and the robotic nature of emotions, for you to make use of the tools that will develop the skills you need to be able to stop living in reactive mode and rather create more awareness in your daily actions. You will learn A new approach to life: the FUN Approach.
Time we spend together: 3.5 hrs
Homework/personal time: 3 hrs

Week 5: Awakening to Your Full Potential

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF= 8.5 hrs

As you moved through the program you will notice how your perception and being are opening up and you start communicating from the heart, which is not from emotions but consciousness/presence. With the work together, you will also discover more inner and outer resources.
Time we spend together: 4.5 hrs
Homework/personal time: 4 hrs

Week 6: Love, Compassion and Presence Every Day

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 7.5 HRS

In the past 5 weeks you have gotten to know some of the tools available and have had practice transcending the automatism of human nature and have starting to live fully alive every day. During this week you will have the opportunity to explore different ways to build a strong sense of empowerment and self nurturing practices. You will also have the chance to share your gift and love with all beings everywhere. Loving oneself is loving the whole universe.
Time we spend together: 3.5 hrs
Homework/personal time: 4 hrs

Week 7: Taking Charge to Enjoy Yourself 100%

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 7.5hrs

Having awaken and experienced the main elements one needs for a mindful living, we now move into the consolidation period, we take a gentle and fun approach for you to own this process and integrate it into your life for good.
Time we spend together: 3.5 hrs
Homework/personal time: 4 hrs

Week 8: Your Life of Adventure and Transcendence

TIME INVESTED ON YOURSELF = 7 hrs

It is celebration time! You now have the opportunity to see for yourself the amazing transformation that has taken place. Through creativity you will process what has happened during this 8 weeks, you now feel centered, awaken and with a great sense of joy. Let’s reveal the new you and make sure it last forever.
